Foodbank “Reverse Advent Calendar”
This year Bassetlaw Foodbank are asking people to collect & store items at home, starting now. Simply take a cardboard box or basket, add items (tinned/non-perishable food items, cleaning stuff, toiletries, etc) over a 25 day period. When this is completed be prepared to hand the container in at Bassetlaw Foodbank collection points – to be advised. This initiative is in addition to our normal “in church” Foodbank collections – let’s make a positive difference this pre-Advent – Christmas time.
