A big ‘Thank you’
to everyone who helped in any way to make the Best of British concert on the afternoon of 14th May such a successful and happy occasion.
There was a very enjoyable performance by Redlands School Choirs and Thurcroft Welfare Brass Band treated us to a varied programme of British music, including Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, and a rousing “last night of the proms” style finale including Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.
